In 2025, the company successfully retained its Level 3 Responsible Gaming Framework (RGF) certification from the World Lottery Association (WLA), the highest level available and a globally recognised standard. This achievement reinforces Magnum’s role as a responsible gaming leader in Malaysia and highlights its ongoing commitment to putting players’ interests at the heart of every decision.
Responsible gaming is more than compliance; it is about awareness, empathy and action. During its sixth annual Responsible Gaming Week, Magnum partnered with the Malaysian Mental Health Association (MMHA) to host nationwide sessions for employees, focusing on mental health awareness and the early identification of problem gaming. Staff are trained to recognise warning signs and support players empathetically, creating a safer gaming environment for the entire community.
